Welcome to the Coastal Bend Events Affiliate Marketing Program! By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. 1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 Eligibility: To enroll in the Coastal Bend Events Affiliate Marketing Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.2 Application: To apply, complete the affiliate application form on our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Promotion: As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote Coastal Bend Events and its services, including local events and the paid business directory, through your designated channels.
2.2 Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to advertising and marketing practices.
2.3 Content: You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or share in connection with the program is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
3.1 Unique Links: Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive unique affiliate links to track referrals and sales generated through your promotional efforts.
3.2 Tracking: Coastal Bend Events uses cookies and other tracking technologies to monitor affiliate-generated traffic and sales. Affiliates must not alter or manipulate these tracking mechanisms.
4. Commission and Payment
4.1 Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate and structure will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met. Payments will be made via the payment method selected during enrollment.
4.3 Adjustments: Coastal Bend Events reserves the right to adjust commissions for returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.
5.2 Termination by Coastal Bend Events: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 License: Coastal Bend Events grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services.
6.2 Restrictions: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coastal Bend Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program, including loss of revenue or profits.
8. Amendments
Coastal Bend Events reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
